Dog training (basic + advanced)
- What is it?
- What does it include?
- What will we learn?
Dog training is our ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and healthily with the dog. Since no dog comes from the factory speaking and understanding Hebrew, you need help to convey to the dog what you want from it.
• Diagnostic meeting where we will get to know the dog and diagnose the existing problems. We will also build an organized work plan for the future, addressing the dog’s needs and of course the needs of the family members.
• Personal lessons at the client’s home. We will work together for about an hour per meeting. It is a fun process of learning and applying in the real world. That is, we will practice together at home and teach the dog the desired behavior and then apply what we have learned to the real world.
In the meetings, we will go over everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable life with your dog:
• 5 basic commands: “Heel”, “Come”, “Place”, “Sit”, and “Down” • Walking on a leash without pulling
• Teaching desirable and undesirable behaviors
• Communication through the dog’s language
• Advanced discipline without a leash
• Solving behavioral problems
• How to teach tricks
Solving Behavioral Problems
- What is a behavioral problem?
- How do we solve this?
- What does the process include?
The most accurate answer is any behavior that is not acceptable to you as the owner.
Examples:
• Destroying objects in the house
• House soiling
• Aggression
• Resource guarding
• Continuous barking
• Biting
Every behavioral problem can be solved. It is all a matter of persistence, and yet, you need to know what to do, and that’s why I’m here. In my program, we will meet to hear the problem with an emphasis on providing an easy and applicable solution.
• Introduction and problem diagnosis meeting
• Setting a practical and easy work plan
• Personal guidance throughout the process at your home until the desired result is achieved
• Instructions for maintaining the new situation and the final elimination of the mentioned problem
Puppy Training
- You brought a puppy?
- What does it mean?
- What does the process include?
First of all, H-A-P-P-I-N-E-S-S, and be ready to melt from the cuteness. At the same time, it is important to remember that you have brought a new friend for the next 10-15 years, and there is a lot of commitment involved. Therefore, to give your puppy the best starting point, it is important to start early and correctly.
As I mentioned, having a puppy is a commitment. Puppy training is not difficult, but it needs to be done correctly and in stages:
Stage A – Daily routine: We will set a daily routine for the puppy and you. We will make sure to stick to it.
Stage B – Puppy training process:
• House training
• Basic discipline
• Proper walking on walks
• Dog communication
• Correct exposure
Stage C – Guidance for continued upbringing
Consultation before buying/adopting a dog
- What is it?
- What does it include?
Whether you are buying a dog for a specific purpose or have decided to adopt a dog, the right thing you can do is get advice from a professional before making the decision. With the consultation, you can choose and match the perfect dog for you and your needs.
As part of my offered services, I advise, guide, and help you choose the ideal dog for you:
• We will start with an expectation-setting meeting where I will come to you and we will go over all the parameters that will allow you to raise the right dog for you (your daily routine, family vacations, calmness or activity level), all according to the household members’ preferences.
• Puppy test/adoption test. Together with you, we will go to the breeder/shelter. There, according to the defined parameters, we will choose the dog based on breed, character, appearance, and communication.
